Chief Global Advancement Officer
ASU Foundation for a New American University
Patrick McDermott serves as chief global advancement officer of the ASU Foundation, leading global and regional advancement work that builds engagement and philanthropic support for ASU’s mission.
Patrick helps guide ASU Foundation teams across the US and around the world, including the UK and Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He also oversees Global Corporate Advancement and the advancement team for ASU’s Julie Ann Wrigley Global Futures Laboratory.

Radhika Raichura serves as director of advancement, UK and Europe for the ASU Foundation. Based in London, she helps alumni, donors and partners across the region connect with ASU’s mission and explore meaningful ways to support the university.
Radhika works with supporters who want to advance student success, research, innovation and global impact through philanthropy. She also serves as a local point of connection for alumni and friends looking to stay engaged with ASU in the UK and Europe.

Bethany Castle serves as associate director of advancement, UK and Europe for the ASU Foundation. Based in London, she works with alumni, donors and partners across the region to strengthen connections with Arizona State University and support its mission through philanthropy.
Bethany partners with supporters who are passionate about advancing student success, groundbreaking research, innovation and global impact. She helps cultivate meaningful relationships with alumni and friends throughout the UK and Europe, creating opportunities for engagement and philanthropic investment that further ASU’s vision of excellence, access and societal impact.
